Our story

Food that keeps up with Miami

Miami eats fast and lives outside. VIVA started from a simple brief: a lunch that is fresh enough for the heat, filling enough for a long day and honest about what is inside.

We cook every bowl to order with grilled chicken, seasoned beef and picanha, whole grains like quinoa and herb jasmine rice, and vegetables with real texture. Our Colombian roots show up in the papa criolla, the sweet plantain and the antojitos we serve at events: pandebono, arepas and chicharrón con arepa.
